Solution-I will fix your software or hardware fault. If we believe your fault is not economical to fix we can recommend and supply a new piece of equipment or a software upgrade which will get you up and running again. The engineers we use are all Microsoft qualified which gives you peace of mind.

We support all software products which are PC or Server based which includes

• e-mail - Outlook, Exchange, Lotus Notes
• databases - Microsoft SQL and MS Access, DBASE, Foxpro
• spreadsheet - Excel and Lotus 123
• word processor - All supported
• Graphics packages
• Internet browsers - IE4/5/6 and Netscape.

and the list goes on...

We aim to fix all hardware and software faults quickly. If however this is not possible we will give you a firm idea of the timescales to resolve an issue. We will explain the costs and alternatives if we believe the fix is more expensive than replacing the equipment.
